“Use this plumber! I called them on short notice with a clogged shower drain. Terry was awesome on the phone and her husband was here 10 minutes after we got off the phone! Left my shower unclogged, warrantied the work for a week, and left my bathroom CLEAN! These people are awesome to work with and I won't hesitate to call them for any of my needs. Oh...and the bill was ridiculous low! Use them!”

“Update: ( originally have them 3 stars but I've given them 5 stars cuz the husband came fixed my dryer the next day. They communicated with me very well.) They are nice couple. Delivery was fast. The husband set it up easily. Mybson and I bought financed a washer dryer set. They said it was new. Washer works great but dryer does not blow hot air. Have had it for 2 weeks now. I haven't attempted to call to ask to get it repaired or replaced yet....now reading some of the reviews I'm scared that I'm going to get the run around ????????. Hopefully this will not be the case as I really liked the couple and thought I was helping the community and my wallet by buying from a small mom and pop shop instead of buying from Sears or home Depot. I hope I don't regret my choice of doing business with this store or these people. Cross my fingers they are good business people and will come fix my dryer without any issues. I'll update my review later after I've made contact ????”

“I'm never disappointed after visiting Autozone in surprise off Reems. However, today was the first time I felt extremely valued as a customer. There's been a bit of a change in customer service there, and it's definitely for the better. It was good before, but today it was great. Nelson and his associates put forth the effort to understand my issues with my vehicles and went above and beyond in making sure I had everything I needed to get them up and running. Today was also the first time I needed to use a warranty provided by Autozone and I was very pleased in how smooth the whole process was.
