Body Rituals

I've had a very pleasant experience at body rituals and I plan to try out the other classes offered besides yoga. Cassie and the rest of the staff have always been very helpful and make you feel so
welcomed. Yoga is my favorite class so far but Barre seems to very popular as well. I highly recommend this studio to everyone. Whether you're fit, looking to enjoy a class or if you have health goals.

I can’t say enough about Body Rituals. This studio is truly amazing.. Body Rituals is a small studio that offers different classes.. They have amazing instructors who really help motivate you and teach you the proper technique in order to help you grow in your practice..

If you want a studio where you feel welcomed and the have fun. This is the place. I spoke with Bernadette with my first purchase by phone. When I walked in she addressed me by name and then introduced me to the instructor.
The instructors keep the spin classes fresh and fun. Then there are the members - There are regulars and all are incredibly nice. And friendly. Personally I want to have some connection with the folks kn the class otherwise I would be at home with a Peleton (🤣)
The bikes are connected to a big screen so you can view your efforts compared to the class. The room is comfortable for spin not too hot and it is dark with fun lights. The bikes have a nice distance between then as well which is nice coming off of the pandemic.

The studio has a modern feel and is very clean.

They offer yoga and other classes which I have not attended. I did attend a spin/trx which was a fun blend to mix it up.

I’ve been coming to Body Rituals off and on since 2012. I have experienced yoga and group classes at several other small studios in Southern California and big gyms, and NOTHING compares to the experience here. This studio is a community, and possesses such a welcoming environment with extremely personalized feedback and guidance. I feel revitalized and inspired after every class here.

I can't say enough about Body Rituals. This studio, Raquel(the owner) and all the guides are truly amazing in their art. I started doing yoga and Pilates here over 7 years ago. The personal touch involved in every session, no matter the class, kept me coming back. The classes are not overflowing. The guides get to know their students by name, their strengthens and weaknesses; it definitely becomes like family. BR has helped me grow in more ways than one. Yoga became my outlet and passion. Any questions or concerns I had the guides are always available to answer or give tips.
