(February 5, 2023, 6:02 pm)What a difference a store makes! The team at the Grove store in Ontario could learn a lot from the folks here.
Aislah spent nearly two hours troubleshooting two different activation issues. Within the first 10-15 minutes of being in the store, she had my iPhone 14 activated. This is after I spent hours on the phone, was promised three callbacks from phone support, and was basically told to get lost from the Grove store.
Aislah and her manager are the best. I will be coming back to this store for any future needs. Best experience I've probably ever had at ANY wireless store, regardless of company.

(November 14, 2022, 11:22 pm)Dree was amazing she not only helped me purchase my upgrade iPhone 14 but because of her excellent customer service she offered me a iPad and I went ahead and purchased one as well
I truly appreciate excellent customer service and Dree went above and beyond. I hope you give a nice recognition to her that would be awesome!
