Xochitl did an amazing job breaking down the process of bleaching/coloring to me and helping me feel more comfortable with my first experience. Not only did she help me feel more at ease, she did a GREAT job bleaching and dying my hair, while making sure that we would reach the style I wanted without damaging my hair. She was also flexible with pricing and I did not feel taken advantage of given that it was my first time doing anything dramatic with my hair . 10/10 would recommend!
