There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Jorgalina is and the amazing energy she has. I knew I needed to add Jorgalina to my team of support when I was about to embark my IVF journey. I started receiving reiki before I started IVF in order to get rid of any spiritual wounds or blockages of fear or anxiety that would get in the way of IVF being successful. Throughout my pregnancy, I also had a few reiki sessions with Jorgalina to help with physical pain, anxiety and worry. Jorgalina would start each session by gently asking me questions about anything I was struggling that week, then would guide me in a meditation as she did did her energy work. I would leave each session pain free, and feeling replenished, relaxed, and restored. Jorgalina has a wonderful gift that she so kindly shares with the world! She’s helped so many and theirs not a doubt in my mind that she contributed to the success of my IVF journey ♥️

Jorgelina’s classes and presence is both healing and amazing. It’s only been three months and I’ve already seen the massive improvement in both my physical and spiritual being all thanks to the wonderful instructors and their gifts. The workshops are my absolute favorite especially the singing bowls. 😍

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The space is clean and tidy especially with the pandemic still going on. This studio was a blessing when I’ve needed it most and still is. 🌸💕🦋

Perfect environment and well dedicated yoga teachers. It's a place where your mind and your body can relax, can workout, and it is a place where people can learn confidence within themselves. I recommend it for all ages. I love going to Mindful Space Yoga and Meditation!
