I called and left a message. Not too long Briana called back and “wow”.... she’s on top of it ! She’s very helpful, prompt, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Long story short, I’m very impressed of how “Direct Shower Door” is running the company ! They have the most polite, kind, and knowledgeable staffs from the gentleman who came to measure till the ones who did the installation (sorry, I can’t remember their names). They’re energetic, clean and professional. My husband and me are super happy with their job and the finished product ! The price is lower than others. “I absolutely love this place! Only location I would trust with getting my piercings done. Super friendly people here and very knowledgeable! I decided to get two nasal piercings (one on each side) and of course I was excited and nervous. They made sure to go step by step on caring for my new piercings in full detail. The gentleman performing the piercing also did a walkthrough with me about the process and of course how he keeps everything super clean. The process itself went great! I'm not going to lie I cried like a giant baby (but who wouldn't right? Seriously two in one day isn't for the faint of heart) he was absolutely sweet and comforted me when I started tearing up as well as the staff up front. Seriously you guys are the best!
