“Tankless Water Heater Repair and Plumbing is definitely the best out of all the plumbing services I have had. Both of the owners, Daniel and his wife, are very friendly, trustworthy, skillful, knowledgeable and professional. They were the second company I called when our tankless water heater broke. I was quite impressed when Daniel's wife gave me an estimate over the phone after I sent her few pictures of the existing water heater. She was also very responsive in answering my calls and texts. When I shared the quote from the other company I contacted, she commented they will beat the other company's price and they will only fix everything that doesn't work, they will never charge their customers with unnecessary services/parts. Danel and his staff arrived at my house punctually with face masks and friendly smiles. Daniel inspected all the parts of my existing water heater first. When checking the heat exchanger, he showed me the leak and recommended it must be replaced. Then they removed my existing heat exchanger and replaced it with a brand new. They finished in about 3 hours. I was quite amazed! I really appreciate when Daniel shared funny stories and punchlines before, during and after the job was done, his positive attitude and sense of humor was the cherry on top. Within an hour after they left my house, they emailed me the invoice, they even included the warranty on parts/labor as well as future maintenance plan info., I am very happy with their reasonable pricing and have no doubt that hiring Tankless Water Heater Repair and Plumbing was by far the best decision I have ever made since I became a homeowner 21 years ago. “Steve was absolutely fantastic. He came by the same day to check the job and gave us a very good quote on the spot. The next weekend he and Ron fixed up a large hole from heater removal in our old button-board wall and textured matched it, as well as repaired our shower ceiling. Steve was responsive, on time, and very easy to work with. He and his crew were also very respectful of our property, laying down plastic and making sure to clean up before leaving. They also wore masks the entire time, which we are very grateful for. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs drywall work done!”
