(May 27, 2022, 3:49 am)Child care is awesome! The girls are so good with my 9 month old baby. Front desk staff is very friendly. The gym equipment needs updating, especially the cardio machines. The stair steppers are very old and hard to use. More classes would be nice too. Over all a great gym choice if you have babies, as most gyms in the HD don’t take kids under 3 years old.

The staff is super nice and the owner genuinely cares about your goals and takes time to know you. Great place to workout and so many machines to try. Love love love this place!
