    Want to thank the whole squad here at Cadillac Victorville - my Advisor Jon, the technicians that worked on my SUV to the cashier. Always helpful and friendly. Jon Has great communication skills , great Customer service , helpful and always on top of it . He Kept me posted every step of the way . Serviced my Escalade and managed to get some parts replaced that they duplicated . Appreciated that a lot.

    Went here to get my GMC Yukon recall work for an airbag done. Staff was very friendly and they had it done by the next day. Seems like a well-run service department.
