  DO NOT arrive before 15 minutes of your appointment time... security will send you back out onto the street. Be patient and nice with the guards and you won't have a bad experience. Office staff seemed friendly and I was unloaded within 2 hours of appointment time.
  There is plenty of parking allowed on the street if you arrive early or need to park after loading or unloading. There are several fast food places nearby.

  Security very nice the guys inside very nice too ! Took 4 hours to load me ! When you get there parked the truck on the street and walk to security to check in first or the they will ask you to turn around !

  Have not had any issues as of this time folks in the receiving office are nice as far as the day and night guards they can use some people skills but we all have our ups and downs in life .Just let me in to get my door its all good

  Check in it 15mins before your appointment time. Plenty of parking available on street while I was waiting had no issues with law enforcement what so ever.
  Far as having full Refeer tank. That only applies to driver's who are dropping and hooking trailer's.
  Live loads this doesn't apply to you.
