  My teenage daughter has been going through a rough time and she got caught stealing at the store. They had her on camera so we decided to call Law Office of David S Chesley. My daughter has never committed a crime before so it was her first offense. David met us for a free consultation and explained that California provides pretrial diversion programs to certain individuals accused of first-time or low-level crimes as an alternative to prosecution. In court he was able to get my daughter community service and the criminal charges were dismissed. I am very satisfied with services David provided and would recommend him to anyone.

  David Chesley is a rare kind of attorney that commands respect not just from his peers, but from members of the entire legal community. Unlike the other attorneys my mother and I had met with, his primary focus was to help us heal and move on. From the start he took immediate control of the case and was always knowledgeable and fully prepared. He was never too busy to answer any of our questions or explain what was happening.
