He was very friendly and when it came down to negotiating the price of the vehicle, he was understanding. He's not here to BS. I came in knowing what I wanted and I left satisfied with my vehicle!
It is quite a drive though as it is in the high desert, but would definitely recommend this dealership to experienced and even first-time buyers. -

From the internet browsing to first contact with Nick Fletcher, through the whole purchasing process, I was more than satisfied as a customer. The process was quick and thorough. Completing a portion online helps speed up the process. There was no haggle, I had an idea of what I wanted, but Nick took the time to educate me on the cars to find what I wanted and needed, took my test drive, and successfully purchased a vehicle. I genuinely appreciate the attention I received, their customer service was superb! Met with the service team to become familiar with who to go to. They developed a package that was perfect for me. I would highly recommend Victorville Mazda, as this was the best purchasing experience I have ever had!!!
