  Our delivery and set up was great.. Jose and Modesto are great guys. They were really careful with the furniture and our apartment, asked questions to make sure everything was placed where we wanted, and they worked fast and efficiently. They made sure to Clean up and ask us if everything looked good or if we wanted to rearrange anything before they left. We feel we made the perfect decision to go with Hi Desert Furniture. 10/10..

  I was so impressed with Joe and Jose. They took great care in moving our items, then checked and rechecked to be sure all systems were go with our electric bed base. The two guys were punctual, polite, and quick. They both understand how important good customer service is. Very refreshing! Thank you High Desert Furniture for sending such awesome guys our way.

  Great customer service! Adrianna was very knowledgeable of all of the furniture products they had at the store. She promptly greeted us and answered all of all questions and addressed all of our concerns. Would definitely shop here again!
  
  *Update*
  Today the furniture we ordered was delivered! Jose & Modesto (the delivery drivers) made sure our couch, ottoman and entertainment center was setup perfectly and that everything was to our liking. These gentlemen mad sure that they were very cautious in handling the furniture while protecting our walls as well as existing furniture when moving everything around. Couldn’t have asked for two better guys to deliver and handle our furniture; awesome job guys, we appreciate it!

  We had a terrific experience at our local furniture store, with the assistance from Mrs. Martha Customer Service Representative.
  
  She was very knowledgeable and provided us with a wide selection of Dinning Tables to choose from. I was glad to notice how she was Bilingual which is a bonus to reach out customers and make them feel comfortable.
  
  In addition their Driver employees Jose and Modesto are courteous and safely deliver your furniture and set up in a smooth professional manner.

  I just have to say that at Hi Desert Furniture the delivery drivers, Luis and Diego were very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you to both of you!! I also wanted to give "Thanks" to Robert who assisted me in my purchasing my furniture. Truly a great furniture store to shop at. I would like to say that Martha gave me excellent customer service. I had to go back again because of the quality of the furniture. The gentleman that delivered my furniture Jose and Modesto were very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. Thanks Hi Desert Furniture!
