Avalon Mobile Estates

Avalon Mobile home estates Park is not half bad. I think it's in a pretty good location 😉 there's a school around the corner and a small supermarket called sail. About a 15-minute walk to the closest bus stop. This is no joke... It's about a 15-20 minute walk from three separate types of churches. An Adventist, Catholic, and I think a Lutheran maybe Baptist Church. The Mobile home estates Park itself seems to be well maintained.

The backside of my property borders with that of the Grandview East. However I do NOT live at the Grandview East like you always show on your maps!!! I wish once and for all Google maps would get this straight.

I loved the park tenants they are warm and friendly. The managers were no help there were 7 empty places the neighbors showed us.
They said managers would not help us any because the wife is jealous of other woman, they were right. The husband manager told us there was vacancys, she said no.
Park clean and places well kept. My hubby and I wanted to live here as my mom did 20 years ago. The wife said two different times she was out of applications, and to come back or call. No answer we really wanted a Mobil in this park another renter said she is predijist
against woman and if your brown forget it. I'm really upset
