“I went into Yucaipa Urgent Care yesterday afternoon. I have a very rich history of doctor visits and hospital stays. While doctors and hospitals rarely provided for me a "good" experience simply because the reason I'm there. But, my visit to this Urgent Care was a very good experience. The young man who attended to me, Dustin (I hope I have his name correct), genuinely cared. He was engaged when I spoke to him and had positive and decisive solutions. I couldn't have asked for more. All this and they were on time.”

I was extremely impressed with How Angi handled and irate customer This customer came in slammed down the product she wanted to return and demanded her money back. It was early in the day and unfortunately Angi didn’t have the cash on hand for the return. Angi offered all manors of return options. This customer refuses them all. “I was not happy with my new denture and wrote a bad review here. After Danielle (I think that is her name) the receptionist, read it and told the dentist, they called me to come in to make it right. I just left the office and they are totally reworking my plate to make sure I am happy with their work. So refeshing in today's world to find a business that cares this much. Thank you for restoring my faith....and of course fixing the problem! ....an update to my last review, got my new upper plate yesterday and don't even need to do an adjustment. I would (and have) highly recommend Dr Shodan. AWESOME staff. Went the extra mile to insure that I was happy. You can't ask for more than that!”
