I went here to get my stereo installed and they set me up for an appointment in 3 days. When I arrived, he got right to it, knocked it all out as I was in the parking lot, tested it, and shot the sh17 with me while he finished out the install. I was able to utilize the mobile service and my AAA discount. Alyson, at the appointment call center was very helpful in making sure my appointment time would work for school drop off and pick ups. This was such a big deal to me! Eunice, at the Ontario location, was especially patient, friendly and helpful sorting out some confusion over lane departure feature. She was beyond professional!
