“I called every autozone and o'Reilly in 20 miles this evening looking for a fuel fitting. No one had it. And could get it till mid morning tomorrow. I needed the fitting tonight. We have a 4×4 trip planned for tomorrow morning and getting it that late would have ruined the day for me. When I called the hub they said they didnt have any in stock but Donnie would be able to help me out by making one. When I got there everyone was super helpful trying to find the exact fitting but they didnt have one. Donnie was able to make me one out of brake line. Worked perfect! “A pal of mine and I were on a road trip to Coachella music festival from Montana when my car, Gibbler, broke down in Hesperia. Just Go towed us cheaper and tried to fix its problem after they already closed. What sweetie pies. And not only that, they let us spend the night with our car in the shop and they let us watch Netflix on their computer! We were able to use the time to organize our car and take a sink shower(already been a long 2 day road trip and we really appreciated the bathroom access). Our only regret is not accepting a haircut when it was offered by one of the gentleman. What a memorable experience Just Go Automotive has given us. Thank you boys!!!”

“UPDATE: The company contacted me and totally took care of the problem. Apparently they guarantee their work for life but for some reason the guy we dealt with never informed us of that fact. This time I dealt with Josh and he handled everything quickly, without any BS, and to my complete satisfaction. There was no awkwardness at all. He made me feel totally comfortable. My opinion of them is now completely reversed and I would have no problem taking any of my cars to them again. This is what happens to their paint job a year or two later. First, the paint starts to lift and then there's a little bubble and then the paint flakes off in the wind and the paint underneath doesn't look like it was properly prepared. And then when you take it in and show it to them, they say they'll find out what they can do for you and give you a call but you never hear from them, and when you call them to follow up, they never call you back. But they sure are happy to see you when you first walk in with all that insurance money, and they sure do beg you to give them the highest rating on their follow-up survey, and of course you do it because you haven't found out yet what a lousy job they did. Needless to say, will never use them again.”

The block was out of a truck that has been in the family since it was purchased new and we wanted to restore the truck. Rick, Donald and the rest of the crew were AMAZING at handling this rebuild!!!
