“I heard this office had gone through some staff changes and decided to give them a chance. Let me tell you...I'm so glad I did! The lady at the front as soon as you walk in, was very nice and patient with me while I did my medical questionnaire. I thought I would need extensive work, but doctor looked at my teeth and gums, and assured me that I just needed a cleaning. When I asked if insurance covered it, the benefit coordinator came in and let me know that the insurance did. The hygienist was very nice and gentle. Very informative about how to brush and floss better. Even when I was scheduling my checkup appointment in six months, everyone was making sure my appointment had gone well, the manager herself even asked me! If that isn't great service, I don't know what is!”
