“Other than the wait times to be seen and Dr. Loomba being on the serious/dry humor side it's good. Have only been seen once so far. Friendly staff, clean facility, and so far seems knowledgeable. Had a 3:30 appointment. Got there early. Was told I cannot check in more than 10 minutes early. Checked in at 3:20. Did not get put in a room until 4:25, plus however long it took to be seen from that point. My overall visit was 3.5 hours long. Not ok. Personal recommendation: set aside the entire afternoon if you are referred here.”

“I heard this office had gone through some staff changes and decided to give them a chance. Let me tell you...I'm so glad I did! The lady at the front as soon as you walk in, was very nice and patient with me while I did my medical questionnaire. I thought I would need extensive work, but doctor looked at my teeth and gums, and assured me that I just needed a cleaning. When I asked if insurance covered it, the benefit coordinator came in and let me know that the insurance did. The hygienist was very nice and gentle. Very informative about how to brush and floss better. Even when I was scheduling my checkup appointment in six months, everyone was making sure my appointment had gone well, the manager herself even asked me! If that isn't great service, I don't know what is!”

“My husband was at Ballard for a week and a half. He was transported there late at night because transport got held up a couple of times. When we finally arrived at Ballard our CNA was Celia. She made us feel right at home which was just what we needed at that moment. After that the kindness continued and I'd like to especially thank Neria, Gene, Arni and head nurse Chris. “My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Salwan for about Eight years now. We found Dr. Salwan through a neighbor who had a stroke and Dr. Salwan was the doctor on duty at the hospital. She told us he saved her life. We have found him to be one of the most caring, compassionate and kind doctors we have ever had. He always takes the time to talk to you. He is also an excellent diagnostician. We have found his treatment style as one that treats the whole person, not just the ailment. He truly is a great doctor.”
