“Dr. Fermin is a good doctor. She listens and anything I needed, especially referrals I have no issue getting from her. Any concerns I have she has no problem running tests and not brushing me off. She takes her time with her patients. He staff is small but is amazing! I get in pretty quickly, sometimes it's a day or 2 others it could be a week or 2 out. Still that is good! Usually I never wait more than 20 minutes in her waiting room. Only once was a 45 minute wait. Getting ahold of her office is a little hard but it's only 2 maybe 3 people, so just keep calling and be patient they work hard and are really nice. I had an issue with a referral and her office took care of it that instant, like within 10minutes! Dr. Fermin does tend to ramble, I spent an hour in her office with her talking about well everything and not really pertaining to my health but she is nice and sweet, takes her time with you and cares. Cons, if you do want full answers to any test results i would get them yourself from the labs & imaging centers. Also she doesn't explain why she might be putting you on some medication, just says bc I said so or a really bland response with no detail as to why. I witnessed this with several patients. Overall she is good but get your own results so you can look them over (there is usually a report on all images, and if you need medication really research it before you take it, maybe even go to urgant care) pros and cons to all doctors up here and it is hard to find even a decent one. She is pretty good.”
