“My appointment was at 3:15. I got there about 3 and had a woman and her 3 kids checking in before me. We had our temperature taken and received an explanation of how things are being handled. Shortly after that 4 more people showed up. Lupe, my hairstylist, seemed to be in charge. She made sure everyone was handled in an orderly manner and no one was skipped. She made sure social distancing was practiced by everyone. She managed to keep open communication with me about the style I wanted. She was very professional and tried her best to get everyone seated and off quickly. I was impressed with the professionalism and the efforts made to keep everyone’s health safe. Thank you.”
