The company strives to provide exceptional quality of life for their clients through ongoing client care and safety trainings with the staff, providing the clients with a highly qualified team of licensed therapists, and making sure that all policies and regulations are implemented. The facilities are extremely well taken care of and when there is an issue, it’s resolved in a timely manner. I honestly don’t have any complaints with the company and for those with the negative reviews, it’s all about the attitude you walk in with that determines your experience. You have to have a heart, patience and passion in helping the developmentally disabled. If you don’t, no company that provides such services will be for you. If it’s the staff you work with that makes you unhappy with your job, contact HR.
