She then "borrowed" a portable oxygen concentrator from a competitor and loaned it to us to get my mother home on the plane. She is very quick to answer her emails(out of all the doctors Ive had through Kaiser, she is the only one who personally answers her emails not just her nurse(s)), and is VERY helpful even when i just have questions or I'm worried about something.
