“What great service I received here. I had a screw fall out of my frames. I was in from out of town and needed them repaired as I needed to drive and can't without my glasses. I had gone to the LensCrafters at Ontario Mills Mall and was told 2-4 hours. Plus, they were rude. As I walked up to the Target Optical, Daniel greeted me like a long lost friend. I think he could tell I was frustrated and was so friendly and asked what he could do for me. I showed him my frames and he said, I got you with a big smile. 5 minutes later, my frames were good as new. I asked what I owed and he said a nice smile was all he needed from me. Believe me, he got a great smile. He really saved the day. In addition, he turned my bad mood around. He literally, made my day! It's amazing how they can make him feel like he is the only one and then a minute later incorporate him into the group activity! Secondly - the classes are perfect. The Practice and Plays are exactly what he needs to grow in his social skills with children his age. And his weekly teacher/class session ... Just wonderful!
