He has, since our call, personally followed up with my referral and kept me updated. I know that no person or company is perfect, but what really matters is the commitment to make something right when it does go wrong. I had high hopes in referring this company to a friend that needed help with health insurance. I initially called in my referral. No response back. I went in to the office and gave the name and contact info to their receptionist personally and asked for them to get in touch and help her and her family. After 4 total follow up attempts I have given up. As a professional in the insurance industry, I was looking for a health insurance agency to refer clients to on a consistent basis. I'm very disappointed in their complete lack of courtesy or follow up, and their disregard for someone seeking to send business their way.”
