I told her so and her eyes smiled way beyond the mask she was wearing! I asked her for recommendations and she let me know what was delicious! I placed a large to go order and she told me how long it would take since they make everything fresh! The staff worked so well together and it felt like I was waiting for lunch by a family whose only purpose was to make my tummy happy! Greek salad with super fresh greens, cherry tomatoes, raisins, olives, feta cheese nuggets, and the best vinegar based dressing I've ever had. Blackberry crumble/coffee cake that was a perfect blend of blackberry, crumble, and an almost cheesecake-like base, to die for! All this is nicely packed up, and given to you, by one of the sweetest ladies it's been my pleasure to meet. “My sister says they have the best pastrami that she's ever had. I love the cheeseburger with bacon and guacamole. The burger is packed with bacon and avacado. Fried foods are well cooked. They have fried mushrooms!! Only place I've ever been that offers fried mushrooms, and boy are they yummy. The only reason I'm give them four stars and not five is because they are a little pricey (although their food is worth the price), and the fried mushrooms are only available in one size which is huge. My sister and I usually split an order and even then we are left with plenty that end up going into the trash. When we inquired if we could get a half order of the mushrooms, we were told yes we could get a half order, but that the price for the half order would be the same price as the full order if the mushrooms. The dining area is clean, well taken care of, and has a kind of route 66 sort of theme to it.”
