“Nice, clean place to live! Staff keeps park in great shape, always looking clean and well kept. The rules are strick at times, but it keeps our park one of the better mobile parks in the area! No privacy from neighbors, that's the biggest drawback. But, nice commmunity, security guards are on patrol, and low crime! Not to shabby!”

“The Golden Coach Mobile Home Park is a senior complex and one must be 55 years old or above. It is an older park off main roads so if you take the bus you have to walk about 3 short blocks that don't have sidewalks. The management is strict about the pet policy. One can have a cat and a dog but not 2 cats or 2 dogs. Your parents or grandparents may like the park with all the oak trees, it is shady, and quiet. ”
