“Great for family, although some people do not understand this is a place for family and kids to be kids, our neighbors were getting upset due to our kids ( 2 children ages 7 and 5 ) playing and running around, and not on their site I may add, I heard the lady tell my kids to go away from her site ????????♂️ all this happened at 3:00 PM on Saturday, I have always emphasized respect towards others so I made them play something else, but again.... this is a recreational facility, if you are going to be bothered by other people than maybe you should purchase your own land and stay there. Even with all that, we did not let it ruin our family time. We will be speaking to the facility's representatives about the unpleasant experience. Hopefully this is an isolated incident. We will be back soon, looking to summer.”

“A nice campground located in the mountains with a beautiful view of the park. Staff is friendly and the price was good. We spent only one night but I'd definitely come back. It has a lot of people who live there during the whole year, so it has a very friendly energy.”

“Sierra View Mobile Estate Park is a hidden gem in Phelan. It is a smaller, senior, mobile home park, and it is always very quiet. My father-in-law recently moved into the community, and we were happy to hear that all of his neighbors are friendly. There are neat little areas throughout the property that are maintained by both the managers and the residents. One area is "The Park in the Park," and there's a table and bench and chairs for people to congregate. It's right outside their clubhouse that offers bingo once a week, and on the other side is an indoor pool. The roof over the pool could definitely use some love, but for the low slip fees, I somewhat understand why there is minimal upkeep to the grounds. So far it's been fun exploring Sierra View and it's immediate outskirts, and I look forward to future visits.”

“Family oriented gated community of well maintained manufactured homes with two recreation centers each with its own pool, one has a play structure to the side. They're a short distance from an outdoor market and shopping centers. Gates are closed in the evening, accessible by the residents with a gate code. Some visitor parking is available, visitor automobile information must be provided to the property management office by the residents.”

“I called about any rental units available and told there was no sub-leasing , was also informed about some mobile homes for sale and was told I can come and see them and if owners are there can talk to them...Manager was surprisingly very friendly and very professional and respectful, its a smaller park and very, affordable rent....I went to go see space #30....owner is outrages and the owner is an idiot, he's asking around 60,000$ for something that's worth 28-30,000....It's a good park a bit small but management makes a HUGE difference.....thank you .Mr Ramos”

“This was the first time I ever went here. I ran a Spartan race on Saturday and Sunday. So it wasn't a standard visit. But while running the races, I got to see the entire park. The lakes and open areas were very nice. Seemed to have good camping and picnic areas throughout. Looks like it would be great for an outing.”
