Most other companies around here like to charge a ton of hidden fees, taxes, etc. This place doesn't even charge credit card fees, and makes it really easy to pay online or over the phone. The facility is always clean and the units are built really well so I don't have to worry about anything. “Very Friendly and Fast unloading. I am a truck driver and my English is not very good.. but as truck driver for the last 5 years, I had some bad experiences with Amazon too. Costco wait time 3 hours, Walmart minimum 4 hours. Rialto Amazon was very friendly, their system was very efficient and they made me change my views on Amazon. Because delivery finished early I was able to go home and spend some quality time with my family. I really appreciated it and wish other companies could learn from them.
