The hours of operation are pretty strict and the gates are locked at 7PM daily (locks at 5pm on Sundays). They have video surveillance and alarms so that brings some peace of mind. But still, for obvious reasons, don't store your valuables here. It took 20 minutes into sign up for a new unit. The prices here are reasonable for a 10 x 20 unit. The height is about the same as a typical garage.”

They were super nice and not pushy (the tire was not fixable) due to this giant object in it but we did get a replacement tire. “This is a great service company for medical equipment. We contract with them for the repair and maintenance of our anesthesia machines and the other medical equipment in our surgery center. They always respond promptly to repair calls. Although I must admit that ever since they implemented their preventive maintenance program, we have not had any incidences of equipment malfunction. They provided us with an online interface to view videos, pictures and text reports from all service events. I’ve never seen a company operate with such integrity. They also perform the annual testing and re-certification of our isolated power systems and line isolation monitors, and provide us with the documentation and support required to pass Joint Commission evaluations. Their unbiased equipment consulting services prevented us from getting taken advantage of by unscrupulous medical equipment brokers. They are an invaluable asset to any surgery center.”
