Everyone - Karen at the customer service desk, the attendent for the parking area and the workers charged with pulling and loading our order - were ALL extremely pleasant and helpful. It should be noted that Ashley has changed their pick-up policy in that it is now necessary to make a pick-up appointment 24 hours in advance. The store doesn't tell you that part.”

“There was no pressure at all. My wife and I walked onto the lot and was greeted by a salesman. He asked what we were looking for and I told him. We walked out to the trucks and he proceeded on opening one up and answered all my questions. We took it for a test drive around the block and came back to the dealership where we were turned over to James where he then went over more features. We made a deal, and the paper work began. I drove the truck home and came back the next day to go through the truck with Chuck. He went over the entire truck with me, answering every question I had. When I left, I felt very confident I could operate my new truck very comfortably. The whole experience was very professionally handled by knowledgeable salesmen who were very friendly and did not pressure us in any way for a sale.
