“If I could give more stars I definitely would! Took my cat Sushi here because she was vomiting and not eating for a few days. I thought she would just need medication but after speaking to the vet about what she recommended we decided to take some x-rays. Turns out Sushi had ingested something and it was blocking her intestines, she needed emergency surgery. Dr.Turner explained everything in detail and answered all our concerns. If we would have gone anywhere else they would probably have sent her home with medications to die. We are so happy the vet took her time to really help us. We knew because we didn’t have pet insurance it was going to be pricey, but our fur baby’s life is definitely worth it! She was hospitalized for a day and she made a speedy recovery. Because of the amazing staff, nurses, and doctor, Sushi is back to her crazy self and she’s here with us today. I would recommend this place to anyone!”

“I met Dr Mason today. He gave me a tour of his fine establishment. I have taken a few tours of local establishments, seeking a peaceful place to board my dog. This place is spotless and the noise level is at least 50% lower, than any other place I've visited. I feel good about choosing this establishment. Not only for my dogs boarding needs, but I also made an appointment for grooming and I will be trusting Dr Mason to take good care of my dogs health, moving forward... “I am grateful for the empathy and compassion the entire staff gave me in this time. Mao had been on the decline for a few months, but it finally came to a head a week ago when I realized he was having difficulty using his litter box. When I took him in, it took a while--but the wait was necessary considering the news. I took Mao home this past week, holding out hope. But at 17, sometimes that's just not to be. I brought him in today, and there wasn't a moment that went by that he wasn't cared for by myself or the staff. Thank you for letting me be there with him. And thank you kindly for your care. I knew it would end one day--but I am glad that you gave us a quiet and loving end for him.”

“Doctors Seville, Ruiz, and Gabrielle are three of the most competent medical professionals my husband (Darron Haywood) and I have ever met. They take out time to examine, diagnose, and explain to us the condition of our health and any other findings. They have repeatedly referred us to equally competent specialist who performed surgeries and treatments that resulted the best possible recovery. Dr. Seville and Dr. Ruiz even draw images to help explain in detail how the body parts in discussion works and how medication plays its role. As a woman, it is important for to speak to someone who can both understand and sympathize with women's health issues. Gabrielle took notice that there was definitely something going on with my health that had not been detected. I believe she prevented me from having a stroke or heart attack. Before leaving the examination room, she examined my eyes and reordered another blood pressure check, only to discover that my pressure had suddenly reached an alarming level from the previous test taken just minutes before. It was then when she altered my medication to bring my pressure under control. My husband and I will always remain under the care of these three medical professional and will continue to refer others. “Had to get a hernia repaired on our small dog. Another vet quoted us 1000 last year. The doctor here was nice and caring and quoted between 600 and 800. Then when we went to pick her up it was just over 500. Less money is always a nice surprise and very rare these days. This will be the only vet we take our animals to in the future.”

“May think you may save some money by going down the hill but think again! A lot of vets charge you for unnecessary services in order to diagnose your pet’s illness... It would be like going to see your primary physician & you have a cold & instead of just starting out with some cold medication, he immediately tells you that he needs to do a lung X-ray! This is what a lot of vets do! Maybe the initial office visit here may be slightly more but you will literally save 100’s of dollars in the long run because this clinic starts out with the most minimally invasive treatment & procedures & then, will go from there if that treatment doesn’t seem to be solving the problem, saving you 100’s of dollars. I was very impressed with the friendly staff & the care that my senior dog was given... the vet wasn’t out to charge me “an arm & a leg” for unnecessary services but at the same time was thorough... checked out his heart & lungs & throat because his throat seemed to be irritated & he was coughing... gave me two medications & within 24 hours, he was doing 100% better! I will be going back to this office again which was highly recommended by a friend who was impressed with the care his dog was given! It was a very positive experience for me & my pet. May look a little outdated & the parking can be a challenge, but the care my pet was given & the money I saved was well worth it! Have been to better looking offices with great parking but those places were out to charge me for unnecessary procedures in order to make a quick buck because they know you are in a vulnerable position because you love your pet & want the very best for him or her!”
