Madison has so much experience with horses and is extremely patient with her students. She is knowledgeable and has made my riding experience so much fun. I have recently gotten back into riding and she has helped me boost my self esteem and confidence in riding. She does a great job on teaching about horsemanship and goes in detail starting from grooming and tacking up the horses to the clean up and care after the riding lesson. She has a range of clients, I have seen really young kids, to myself who is a young adult rider. She teaches multiple disciplines but i ride English hunter/jumper with her. Her horses can take a beginner who has never been on a horse to an advanced rider like herself. And of course someone in the middle like myself. Her program is safe and very accommodating. If you are wanting a safe and knowledgeable experience, take lessons with Madison!

Madison is a kind and patient trainer. She makes sure that you are comfortable on the horse. This is important to me because I had a riding accident and was nervous to start riding again. She was very understanding and took it slow with me. This made me more comfortable with riding and made me look forward to my weekly lessons. When something goes not as planned in the arena, she is immediately working to help you get the horse back under your control. One of my favorite things about Madison is that she is always quick to praise you when you complete something good. Madison will end a lesson after I complete a good jump or got the horse into a nice canter when they had been spunky earlier. I enjoy this because it means I did good in my riding for the day and ended on a good note.

Madison is a fabulous teacher and her horses are great to learn on. She is so thoughtful about how to motivate kids to challenge themselves to ride better and have a blast at the same time. I still bring my kid here even though we moved and we are now an hour away from the stables!

I’ve been riding with Madison for over 5 years now. My confidence over fences continues to grow with every ride. I have been riding horses for 15 years and Madison is one of the most patient and encouraging trainers I have ever worked with. It is abundantly clear that the health and safety of her clients and horses is her top priority. Madison Arena is a really excellent trainer. After having some harrowing incidents with horse riding, she was so patient about helping me back into the saddle and riding comfortably and confidently again (even back to being ok jumping!) She is also very well educated on horses themselves and horse welfare as all of her horses are beautifully taken care of and no corners are ever cut. I would trust any one of my friends and family in her training program, regardless of their abilities or age!
