  I love living here!! Both Lisa and Xong are very helpful as is the maintenance staff. Neighbors are sweet and give TVs and I love the surrounding area- the CVS, Sprouts and The Studio especially so :)

  I have been living here for about a year and I love it! The manager (Lisa) and the front desk ladies are SUPER NICE!!!! They are always accommodating to your needs and really want you to feel comfortable. They are super efficient with everything. You ask them a question/favor, you get a fast reply. The maintenance guys are really nice too. Ive had a few small appliance issues here and there (just from regular ware and tare like any appliance) and they get someone out to your apartment in no time. They are pet friendly. Neighbors are friendly. It's a cute little place and kind of looks like mini house-(as in less of an apartment feel inside). I would recommend these apartments. Ive been through many apartments with bad experiences and bad landlords, but with the Bluffs you'll never have a problem with the office ladies and you will love your apartment!

  This has by far been the best apartment complex I have lived in. The area is wonderful and close to everything. I walk to Sprouts and the mall's luxury theater often. The management are so friendly and welcoming and attend to needs immediately. The community of residents are all wonderful. The amenities are also really nice. The apartment itself is fully updated and even has crown molding. I love the granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom and it is so easy to keep clean. The floor plan is perfect and optimizes space making the apartment looking much bigger. I get compliments on it all the time. I definitely recommend the Bluffs - you get luxury at the best best price in Carlsbad.

  Absolutely loved living in these apartments! Beautiful and perfect location to be! Walking distance to the movie theater and new restaurants at the mall (Yardhouse, Cheesecake Factory, Islands, etc). The staff is SUPER friendly and is always willing to help and answer any questions. The apartments themselves are newly remodeled and beautiful inside and out. A parking space is given with each unit and street parking is also available. It’s pretty easy to find street parking. Also it’s about a 5 min drive to the beach!!! Im sad to be leaving these amazing apartments, but very happy I had the opportunity to live here.
