  Best decision I’ve ever made!! It was more than I expected! I’ve been on the diet roller coaster my whole life and no diet or program has ever been sustainable- I put weight back or just wasted my time being miserable and hungry. I learned that it’s not just about what you eat or how much you work out, which is what Is drilled in to our heads, It’s about getting your mind, heart, soul and health all singing the same tune. I left Veravia 10lbs lighter- and with a new mindset! I’ve continued to lose weight after my stay in May, I’m down 15lbs in total! ( I did the comprehensive program) thanks to the take home plans I recieved that were easy to incorporate in to my daily routine kids-work etc.
  The staff was so pleasant and easy to work with- the location was beautiful and better than most resorts I’ve ever been to! I’m planning a getaway here with my girlfriends in the fall- I would give 6 stars if I could :)

  Wyatt and his company have really created something amazing! Their program his hands down THE BEST in the industry. This is not a cookie cutter program by any means. The level of individual service and education you receive to get the results you are looking for is amazing! Highly recommend this place!!
