The other reviews on this site seem to be pretty old, which might explain why my experience has been quite different. We've been coming here for at least 2 years, and have had nothing but a positive experience. The customer service has been great, and our clothes have been good every time. They greet us by name whenever we come in, and are always friendly and accommodating.
