  they made a repair at reasonable rates......took a few more days than expected...but they are the only game in town...they do know their stuff and repair was made at price promised

  Very friendly staff. Love the electronic check in system. All costs were published and explained very well and the system makes it easy to keep track of repair status. I highly recommend over Sony's repair option which charges you $50 plus shipping just to look at your console.

  Very friendly staff, excellent hours to drop off or pick up your system/laptop. This is the second time I actually use their services and they have been really good both times. Their time efficiency was really good (I got my PS3 back in 5 days) and the price is fair. I had a PS3 problem before and was worried I had to send it back to Sony which I know they don't send your PS3 back, it's a refurbished one, so I did some research and saw many positive comments regarding this place. True enough, they didn't disappoint and that is why I'm using their services for a second time. Also, if you have any questions they are available via email, phone, text message so you can always be in contact with them and see how your repair is being processed.

  We found the staff to be very courteous. The repair was made in a short period of time and the product looks like new. Our dismay was in finding out this review was to be made in advance of picking up our product in order to receive the $10 discount at the store.   helpful.
