They get little problems fixed on their own and advise me on bigger issues in a timely manner. I noticed a couple of negative reviews from tenants but all of my tenants stay for years without issues so the McLain staff must be treating them right.

(February 13, 2018, 11:15 am)What a wonderful experience! McClain properties found me a beautiful apartment overlooking the shoreline. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was in the heart of the town with easy walking distances to shops and restaurants. The sunsets were magnificent and the gentle ocean breeze a delight I stayed a month and found that the staff and managers at McClain properties are especially wonderful professional and helpful. Looking forward to a return
