  Dr. Serra is the most compassionate and kind DO in Caralsbad. Highly recommend this clinic. My wife needed an IV due to dehydration with being pregnant and Dr. Serra was very understanding, calming and we literally had the best medical experience. Anyone who is visiting Carlsbad and needs emediate attnetion I would recommend this place. Cant say enough about Dr. Serra.

  The entire staff was extremely caring and friendly. Dr. Aminlari's bedside manner was wonderful. She was extremely patient and caring to our fussy sick 1.5 year old. They even let him pick out a toy when we left. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and explain things very well (you don't need to be a dr. To understand)
  They are also able to handle a lot of possible issues as they do blood work, x-rays, etc. so you don't get sent somewhere else.
  We are so glad to find them. Highly recommend if you are in need of urgent care.

  I presented for neck and shoulder pain and they were able to see me in a very timely manner. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The PA was knowledge and thorough. I called a few days later with more questions and they got back to me very shortly. I appreciate all their hard work and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an urgent care!

  We arrived into Carlsbad, CA for a national conference from Houston, Texas. Little did we know we both arrived with Covid-19.
  
  The level of service at Coastal Family Urgent Care was superb.
  Dr. Williams was attentive, kind and thorough in his evaluation of us. We were sure it was the flu but Dr. Williams knew what was going on based on our symptoms. He sent prescriptions in for our immediate consumption.
  
  The day we went in to see Dr. Williams we were sure we'd end up in an emergency room. By the 3rd day we were feeling much better and in 5 days we were back on the road to full recovery.

  I've been there twice in 4 months. Once for a sinus infection, needed antibiotics RX. Was seen by Vivian who who was extremely competent, warm and friendly. Immediately felt comfortable with her. Decoded then that they would be my Urgent Care. Went back for a growth on my arm (skin CA.) saw Dr Sara who was AWESOME !!
  He referred me to dermatologist, advised me on navigating insurance and followed up with me TWICE !! He was under no obligation to do so. I was blown away. Oh, and my background is EMS/ Healthcare. I'm not easily impressed :)
