  Just wanted to say Thanks for all your help! That lady (I believe it was Audrey) on the certificate phone line was a doll and expedited the process for me and had it in my E-mail within 10 minutes. Kudos to you and all at your company for the prompt and efficient customer service I have received since we started this process! Again Thanks!

  Small business owner here. I received Kevin as my associate and he was the most helpful customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We had a bid on the line with proof of insurance being crucial. Kevin had us set up within minutes. We got proof of insurance under an hour. BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! Knowledgeable, polite, and genuine.   I called into Gaslamp insurance after finding them on Google for contractors insurance and had specific requirements that needed to be met. After speaking with one of their agents Tanner, he was able to provide a replica certificate of what I needed and expedited it quickly.
