Worked with Primerica for 9 months so far. Absolutely life changing experience. The company has an incredible compensation plan that allows new agents to come in and make a substantial secondary stream of income right away. Overall the training received has been second to none and I have spoken and personally met some of the highest paid earners in the company and have received considerable recognition for my efforts here. It's truly amazing that they offer franchise ownership and life long compensation that is transferable to my children. Any business owner who takes the time to study the company on a professional level will find that this is the best potential second business to engage in if they have the confidence in themselves and motivation to overcome self doubt and fear. Becoming wealthy is not for everyone because it requires discipline and mental growth. These things require us to step out of our comfort zone.
