(October 29, 2018, 3:24 pm)Just signed up for my second 4 sessions... thrilled with results. All physical therapy in the past has increased my pain with referrals back to pain doctors. Frustrating. Stacey "knows" body mechanics and is changing my posture and lifetime walking patterns. She explains "why" my movements result in problems (chronic leg, back and neck pain) and "how" to get my correct muscles activated. Very, very happy. Near Palomar airport and El Camino Real.

(April 26, 2018, 8:25 pm)I have been lucky enough to see this place in person and words or even pictures don’t do it justice. From the equipment, to the visitor lounge and the grounding room it is first class. The atmosphere is professional, but more importantly fun and extremely family orientated. The trainers, in my opinion, are the most talented, diverse and knowledgeable in their field. The fun days are back. Thanks to all of those who put this together! It is truly special.
