    I had a great experience with this site. I just put in my zip code and had easily about 100 nannies pop up in my area. I could view their profiles with references etc. I was able to make my search more specific which was great. I ended up interviewing about 6 nannies that were all experienced and most already had background checks. I hired a lady that has actual babysat for my friend. Small world. Anyways, it's a great way to find a nanny or sitter. Very affordable.
