Also very quiet community and close by the beach, mall, and beautiful hiking and walking trails. I like the landscape in the community and the cleanliness is very well kept. Terron, of leasing office staff was very helpful, welcoming, and professional.

(November 29, 2018, 7:46 pm)Gorgeous Property. It is like living on a resort, from the full gym to the outdoor workout are and salt water pool overlooking the mountains. Wow. Reasonable deposit as well. I have been renting from private owners for the last 8 years and have always had to pay the full rent as a deposit but here we only had to put down $500. Reasonable pricing for everything we are getting.

I changed my initial review after I spoke to T from the Leasing Office who very kindly explained that my first visit was a misunderstanding, He was and has been very helpful since then and patiently took the time to show the property and suggest different options to us according to our objectives and what we are looking for. T also took the time the next day to tour my wife and son who were not with me in the tour the day before. We appreciate T's assistance very much; and based on his wonderful service and the communities' location and amenities this is definitely a place much worth to consider and live
