The customer service at AMS is top notch! They go above and beyond to help their customers and make sure all your fireplace needs are met. I have had to use them twice now for two different issues and both were resolved in a timely and professional manner. From the office manager Nikki, to Shawn the knowledgeable technician they sent, and Adriana the receptionist- everyone I came in contact with was patient and took the time to listen to my concerns. I am so glad this company is located right here in Carlsbad!

AMS was amazing! My husband and I were remodeling and weren't planning on replacing our old fireplace. Once we realized we had to, I had 10 days to find a fireplace and no time before or after work to go shopping. Nicky was so kind to send me somes floor models via phone that they had available and within a day I had one picked out. Ayman and Shawn were so helpful, communicated well and were as prompt as they could be with the install. Everyone was so friendly and did everything they could to meet our deadline with contractors. Highly recommend using them!!! Thanks for the great experience!
