We were very impressed with how professional and efficient this team was. No fussing about, if something was to be moved they picked they just did it, if it need to be disassembled, they were right on it . This was a big job, too, nearly ten hours from start to end. The team worked studiously for the entire time. They were careful in wrapping and preparing items for the transit. And everything was unpacked and put together at the destination. Dr Braunstein evaluated my situation and gave me honest and frank assessment and treatment recommendations. Dr Mahooti performed the procedure, while making me feel at ease and as comfortable as possible. He did awesome job and I'm looking forward to final results. When I had a bit of a problem, he right away made some time to see me and help me out. Carmen, the office manager, is delightful and very helpful with figuring out logistics and insurance. “I came in and they gave me an Out The Door quote on the cars I wanted within 15 minutes. With only 5 or so numbers in it. If you have bought a car at a new dealer recently that is the best review you can hear. almost everywhere else they wanted to run my credit, talk about payments and extras! Here they gave me a price!!! It wasn’t the final price, maybe I could have done better elsewhere with time but it was a real number with no confusion! THEY DID NOT WASTE MY TIME! When we settled on a price and I came back and bought the car I wanted it was 30$ cheaper than quoted. That’s not much for a car I know but when does anyone ever come in under quote? Fred, Ian and Rich all helped me over the weekend I took to make up my mind! They ALL knew more about the cars than me and that was not true at most other dealers I visited. Most other cars I mentioned I’d driven that day they did not have horrible things to say. That shows confidence in THEY’RE product. If you have ANY interest in a Mazda go there first if you value your time! If you don’t have any interest in a Mazda go there, maybe Fred, Ian or Rich can change your mind! -Matt”
