“Beautiful park with so much to offer. Two huge softball fields that are big enough for hard ball, tennis courts, a couple of basketball courts (pickup games on some nights during the week) and a huge soccer field with artificial turf. Picnic areas and playgrounds as well. Left it at four stars because no dogs are allowed. I think Carlsbad is the only city where dogs are allowed in restaurants but not in parks. So if you don't like dogs, bump this up to 5 stars. However, I do see dogs there, and I've never seen it being enforced.”

“Small GYM. Great people. I came here with my company for a team building exercise it was a lot of fun. John and Derek made us do some fun activities. I think if you do group work outs this place is fun but other then that you are limited on equipment but enough to get a good workout in. This place has trained a lot of NFL kickers and players in general.”

“Fantastic Gym! I showed up 5 minutes after they had started their session greeted by Casey (instructor). He chatted with me for a second and asked about me and my background and then encouraged me to jump right into the workout. All the people there were super nice. I went from feeling like I walked into an awkward bar to meeting some rad people who all introduced them selfs in a 45 minute workout. This is how every gym in America should be. Thanks guys”

“I’ve worked out with Rana for 3 years now, through both of my pregnancies, and am more fit and have more stamina than I did before two kids! She is attuned to the needs of the pregnant and post-natal body and is able to alter workouts to be effective, but still safe and comfortable. I feel like the work I did with Rana really helped me bounce back more easily after both pregnancies. She pushes without being pushy, is positive, and supportive.
