  I came in on a Groupon, I was a bit skeptic ???? thinking it would be a CrossFit yup gym, it’s not. The trainers here are GREAT, within the time I was here they changed ownership, for about a minute (literally a minute) it was chaotic, but the former owner and new owner took the time to reach out and explain their situation and what would transpire.
  Les is a wonderful Coach, it’s like he’s training a team. He is very detailed and corrects any bad habits you may have. They utilize the whole gym including the turf out back, with sleds rowers weights, I’m not sure where else you might want to go.
  Physically I have gotten stronger, not sure if faster, but I’ll get there. So if you want to try it out I suggest you come in, their trainers are top notch.

  I met Les a few years ago when my daughter was playing soccer. We were told by her soccer coach that although our daughter was coachable she was far too slow. This comment really affected our daughter's confidence and we saw her love to play the sport decline significantly. I shared her story with Les and his reaction was unexpected. He was very affected by her story and told me to bring her to him and no one would ever tell her again she was slow. Well, Les was true to his word. My daughter became inspired by his words and encouragement. We saw a new confidence in her that was never there before. We are so grateful to Les and after all these years both my girls continue to train with him. Maxim certainly has the best by having Les there. On a side note, my daughter earned a starting position with a new club and her speed and confidence are far beyond where she was the first day she met Les all those years back...We are blessed!
