(June 28, 2018, 12:57 pm)The electric step on our Class A motor coach broke. We are 2500 miles from home, so had no idea who to call. I found RV Pro online and called immediately. Lenore was very nice and said the tech would be out that same afternoon. George arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the motor and promised delivery and installation the following day. He was there by noon and had the repair completed in less than an hour. He gave us some tips to keep it from happening again. He gave us advice about using our awning in the wind and also reviewed the mechanics of our slides with my husband and advised him what to do if they ever malfunction. From start to finish, this was a very pleasant experience. Lenore was very friendly on the phone and George was, likewise, very personable and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!
