  Very friendly. It was good to see them caring about the communities health and safety by limiting the number of customers into the store. As well as checking everyone's temperature before admittance.

  Went here during the COVID-19 reopening and they properly handled the process with extreme care with social distancing. They checked everyone at the door with a temp check then I went in where Rosa greeted me and offered to help me. Even though it was a busy weekend, she managed to take care of the incoming customers as well as helped me with some questions I had with the options they offered. She helped me purchase the furniture (being extremely informative but not pushy at all). She genuinely wanted to help. After I got whatever I needed she kept in touch with me to ensure my couch was delivered on time and when I needed to reschedule the delivery, she gladly helped. She’s very responsive. Even when I needed a refund because the couch I chose couldn’t fit through my door, she made sure I got in touch with the right people because customer care had hour long wait times. Even though I didn’t get my couch, I’m definitely comfortable going back for other furniture because I know they provide personal assistance and not try to make you buy things just for the sake of it. Thank you Rosa and the Chula Vista team for being very helpful. Will definitely go back for those accent chairs I spotted. :)

  My wife and I went in to look for a sofa and soon as we walked in NINA Z greeted us what we like so looking for sofa bed, and she showed us around different colors different styles even though she was working with another customer. When she was very patient with us. She helped us pick out what we like and set up delivery and set up day. Look for her she's very helpful,I definitely would recommend you start to other people which I already did. It's good to have good employees like her because I work in customer service.

  I'm in the market looking for a loveseat so I had to go check out this new store. I was immediately greeted by Johnny & he took me to the loveseat that I saw online. The store has a little of everything. It's clean & well laid out & not so crowded with furniture that you can hardly move around. Very nice selection. Johnny is a super nice guy & answered all my questions. I will be back for that loveseat!!
